We loved staying in this house. It had everything we needed, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast. For lunch and dinner, we went to Margarita’s tavern, which is very close by. The food there was amazing, and Margarita and her family are simply wonderful. The village is also close to Dimitsana, where we went for walks and even attended a local traditional dance festival. It was beautiful! We also visited Stemnitsa and Vytina, two very charming villages in Arcadia. We highly recommend this place. You will find everything you need for a comfortable and authentic stay.

Way too cold

We arrived late at night (owner knew our arrival time) and there was no heating in the bedroom, it was freezing cold! About 12 degrees. We put the heating on (air inverter) and went straightly to bed. Woke up couple of hours later completely freezing because the previous settings were on fan and not on heating (unlike downstairs in the kitchen). Ended up putting the other electric heater which worked and is not as noisy. Owner says it takes 20mn to heat up the hot water for the shower, obviously they never tried in April when it's 9 degrees outside. It took more than 1h to get warm water. Had to shower with cold water the first day. All in all, very cold place, especially not convenient when cold because of the kitchen and bedroom being in 2 separate floors (only outside stairs). If it's cold or risk of cold, book someplace else.
