− The mess up with key collection, took a taxi to the office, which was expensive, to find the office locked and the keys in the post box. They could easily have been left at the actual house. Fortunately the taxi was happy to take us back to the flat. The flat dud not have the ‘white folder’ so had to email for wi-fi and password. There was no village info at all! Very disappointed . Did email and they blamed me for not telling them we were arriving by bus, but they would not have known which bus we were going to be in. This is a question that should be a tick box on the booking form.
