5.0Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder gegeben.
− Hoher Renovierungsrückstand im ges. Haus, wurde auch von der Vermieterin so bestätigt. Nur der WC/Badbereich war ziemlich neu. Man fühlte sich durch den hohen Renovierungsrückstand (defekter Boden, alte nicht mehr ansehnliche Tapeten usw) nicht wirklich wohl. Erschwerend kam dazu dass die Betten sehr hart waren ( ist natürlich individuell zu sehen) und die enorme Lärmbelästigung durch die sehr nahen Gleisanlagen das Schlafen zur Tortour werden ließen. Haben den Zugverkehr unterschätzt. Letztlich konnte man wegen dem Lärm kein Fenster offen lassen. Eigentlich sehr schade, da die Lage direkt am Rhein Eigentlich sehr verlockend war.

9.0Asukoht jaama lähedal, Piltilus ajalooline linn Reini kaldal. Eriline pika ajalooga maja, kõik vajalik olemas ja toimib nt dušš . Tore ja elava suhtlusega perenaine.. Väga hea kvaliteedi ja hinna suhe.
− Arvestada tuleb liikumisega treppidel ning tiheda liiklusega raudtee lähedusega (akna avamisel müra)
