8.0Large rooms, great location, clean. Felt safe and there was no noise. Close to la rambla and the bus station. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area
− On the 3rd floor but access to the lift is restricted by a key and is for residents only. Had to pick up the key from another location. Whilst only 10 minute drive it was still an inconvenience

Key collection is done at our reception in a different location from the apartment. From Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
