Nice flat beautiful view, but it needs maintanance.
7.0Posizione molto bella e vista magnifica. appartamento molto grande con un ottimo 'respiro'. Cucina ben accessoriata. qualche interessante dotazione come capsule nespresso acqua e birra.
− It needs an awful a lot of maintance if you consider the price. The apatment is very nice but it has not been refurbished probably since the ninties.
Disappointing
7.0Location is excellent. Cleanliness was okay besides the wooden dining table (very greasy). Kitchen is excellent (looks reasonably new).
− We were allowed to drop off our luggage at the office (arranged in advance). However, upon arrival, this was no longer possible, so we had to look for a luggage storage in the rain. It is an old apartment. The sofa is sagging at one side. Two different light bulbs above diningtable. O e extremely bright, the other one dim. Are also the only lights in the living room. The floor is warping near the balcony doors. The wood in the bathrooms has swollen due to moisture. As for the shower in the bathtub... after taking a shower, you have to mop the floor. Everything gets wet. No kettle or water cooker to boil water. The balcony only has two seats next to each other, so you cannot sit there with five people. It is located on a very busy road and close to a hospital. There are lots of sirens and honking when traffic gets backed up at the roundabout. We had a blackout (no power) and couldn't reach anyone (via app or phone). We contacted Booking.com; they took over, and within 5 minutes, contact was established. The problem was solved thanks to booking.com. Value for money is insufficient. I would not recommend it.
