L'appartement était bien équipé, confortable et bien situé.

− Le manque de lumière dans l'appartement. Pas beaucoup de fenêtres

Beautiful building and in a good location but a shame about the noise and little niggly things

Beautiful building in keeping with traditional design but also modern inside. The building was secure. Liked that we were able to drop our bags off before we checked in. Grateful for the early check in and provision of a cot bed. Having an elevator in the building is very helpful. The airport shuttle bus stop right outside was really handy. The apartment was located in a quieter part of the city but still in walking distance to various tourist hotspots. Staff were really helpful and answered all our queries. Liked the provision of amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, dishwashing soap. It was helpful to have a washing machine and a wash pod.

− Things that could be improved on are that we didn’t have hand soap for the bathroom and the hairdryer didn’t work. Having a plug or washing up bowl for the kitchen sink would have been helpful. Also, having an anti slip for the shower would have been better for our little girl so she wasn’t slipping in the shower. Not all the air con vents worked and the slider door for the bathroom was very squeaky. Noise from the corridor and other rooms really travelled through the building and unfortunately this was sometimes during the specified quiet hours which made sleep difficult. Having the curtains at the head of the bed was annoying when sleeping too. The walls would benefit from a fresh coat of paint on the lower parts too. Also adding an air freshener would benefit the bathroom.

Sehr gute Lage mit fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit vieler touristischer Highlights, Haltestelle für den Flughafentransport vor der Haustür und Metrostation um die Ecke. Optisch ansprechend gestaltet und geräumig. Küche nicht nur mit Herd und Mikrowelle, sondern auch Backofen und Spülmaschine ausgestattet und sogar Waschmaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden. Bequemer Check-In online und mit Zahlencode an den Türen.

− Bei den Kochutensilien kleinere Mängel (Töpfe hatten alle keinen Deckel), letztlich war aber alles Wesentliche vorhanden.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The location was excellent, with the main attractions and supermarkets all within easy reach, and the surrounding area was also very nice. Although we did encounter a few minor issues during our stay, the staff were always very helpful and accommodating. A special thank you to the lovely young lady who spoke English and was especially helpful to us. We really appreciated her kindness and assistance.
