Trato por parte del personal inmejorable , muy simpáticos y atentos
9.0El alojamiento tenía todas las cosas que prometía el anuncio, se preocuparon por proveer una cuna para mi bebé , encender el aire para nuestra llegada , toallas y sábanas limpias , una ubicación excelente y un trato maravilloso por parte del personal.
− Algo que me gustaría recalcar es el mantenimiento de la piscina , al intentar bajar el escalón de una de las piscinas por el óxido casi me hago daño al desmontarse por completo , estoy embarazada y puede ser peligroso, entiendo que eso no es culpa del alojamiento en sí , pero deberían exigir una revisión a la finca .

1.0I can’t comment on anything inside the property. When I booked it advertised air con. The day before I was due to arrive the previous renters posted a bad review saying that they it was so bad they did not stay. There was no air con. I cancelled but they are charging me over one thousand pounds anyway

− El aire caliente no va, la alcachofa de la ducha sale sin presión, las puertas de los armarios están algunas rotas, la luz de una habitación no iba, las persianas tampoco iban, solo las del salón, las demás nada
