6.0Good location, close to bus stops and subway. Lots of food options around and supermarkets. The neighborhood is pretty quiet while still being convenient. Has washer for clothes, though the bottom unit one was outdoors and not sure if worked. Has dishwasher and oven. Spacious rooms and living area. AC in living area and individual bedrooms. Blackout shades. Private patio. Includes 2 separate apartments, each with 2 full bathrooms. Host was very responsive during business hours.
− It could use significantly more cleaning, especially the bed sheets and blankets. The kitchen utensils, blankets, detergent were not evenly distributed between the units. The upper unit did not have dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and only had a single mug. The bottom unit was better stocked AC units had a constant mildew smell. One AC unit leaked water and had in the past already caused significant water damage on the flooring. No physical keys to individual units. One microwave did not work, and one hot water kettle.

9.0Ottima posizione, vicino sia la fermata dei taxi sia alla metro. Casa perfetta per gruppi grandi, era a 2 piani, tante stanze e tanti bagni. Consigliata

Key collection is done at our reception in a different location from the apartment. From Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
