8.0La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento tiene grandes espacios. Juan muy querido, nos recibió muy bien y nos ayudó con las maletas.
− Hay un ruido en una de las habitaciones, que proviene de alguna instalación dentro del apartamento, que no deja dormir, del que se informó y no fue solucionado. Todas las habitaciones tienen vista interior.
Spacious apartment in great location
8.0Great location near la sagrada familia, restaurants and shops. Juan was very friendly when he met us to let us in. Lovely spacious apartment.
− We were quite surprised by the cost of the cleaning fee that needed to be paid in cash upon arrival, additional to the city tax, that we were only made aware of shortly before our stay (especially as we were only there one night). Everything else was great!
It was really a very lovely stay in this apartment.
9.0Perfect location. Close to Sagrada and lots of restaurants nearby. There is also a lift to access the place. The owner is also helpful and accommodating
− There is only one bath which was difficult for 7people. There is also a connection problem between the lights and fan on certain rooms..
Good to know
Guests should inform the Barcelona 54 of their expected time of arrival in the Comments section when booking. Guests should arrive after 15:00. After 11:00, it may be possible for guests to enter the apartment if it is ready and, if not, they may drop off their luggage and return later.
Please call the staff on arrival into the city on the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation email and a representative will meet guests at the apartment. If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the property staff as soon as possible.
On arrival:
Guests must pay the remaining amount of their stay in cash. A member of staff will accompany guests to their apartment and supply them with all the necessary information for their stay. Guests will be supplied with 2 sets of keys.
