Fijne plek met veel huisregels
7.0Het appartement is erg goed gelegen, in een mooi historisch pand met alle faciliteiten en leuke restaurants op loopafstand. Het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip Barcelona.
− Na het boeken op Booking.com dat makkelijk is, volgt er een aantal dagen voor vertrek een ingewikkeld traject waarin online wettelijk verplichte informatie moet worden verstekt en toeristenbelasting en een borg vooraf moet worden betaald. Voor de borg wordt volgens mij vooral niet gewaarschuwd in de booking.com advertentie maar is verplicht als je wilt kunnen inchecken. De betalingrn kunnen alleen met creditcard worden gedaan en koste mij 2 telefoontjes met mijn bank. Een andere betaalmethode kon vanuit het hotel niet worden geboden. Ook moet er een formulier worden ondertekend met allerlei regels en boetebepalingen dat het gevoel geeft dat je tijdens je heel goed moet opletten in het appartement om geen boete te krijgen. Het formulier lag bij arriveren geprint op de tafel met de boetebedragen geen geaccentueerd voor bijvoorbeeld. Dit heeft daadwerkelijk invloed gehad op de vrijheid die wij voelde in het appartement te bewegen en zou wat mij betreft vriendelijker en klantgerichter kunnen. Er wordt gevraagd om op te letten dat water niet uit het bad lekt, wat wij uiteraard hebben gedaan. Maar de reden dat het bad lekt is niet onzorgvuldig gebruik, maar een behoorlijk versleten douchekop en oud en klein douche-scherm die ik thuis allang zou hebben vervangen.. Uiteraard hebben wij steeds de douche drooggemaakt na het douchen, maar met de brief met alle boetes voelde het allemaal een beetje ongemakkelijk alsof we erg ons best moesten doen om geen boete te krijgen.
