Ньюансы которые я описала- хозяин квартиры исправить не в силах, так как это не касается самой квартиры. В квартире все
8.0Постель новая, чистая. Матрасы удобные, полотенца хорошие. В квартире очень чисто. Кондиционер работает отлично. Посудомоечная машина и стиральная машина- это отлично. Мы жили неделю и это важно. Посуда есть. Фен и утюг тоже. Лифт в сдании тоже плюс. Но он со второго этажа. Часть пути чемодан нужно тащить по очень узкой лестнице.
− Нужно просто знать, что напротив стройка- будет еще долго. Шум и страшная пыль. Это со стороны балкона. А со стороны спальни- церковь и звон колоколов каждые пол часа и час. Нам это не мешало, но если с детьми и спать в обед, то я бы хотела знать этот ньюанс. Расположение в старом городе- это и плюс и минус. Так как в церкве под домом приют бездомных. Так же часть бездомных спят ночью прямо под балконом в коробках. Вонь мочей невыносимая по улице. Но плюс, что рядом достопримечательности.

− The 2nd room is is need of a mattress topper and the room is on a landing, not really a 2nd bedroom. Ask for a 2nd set of keys prior to arrival, if needed.
