Very pleased on quality of stay especially at such a good price. Would definitely stay again

very comfortable and homely, kitchen utensils provided and beds extremely cosy. Lovely warm house close to shops and felt like safe area

Could not use ‘streaming facilities’ on television- unaware if this is due to lack of understanding on how to use or them simply not being there, maybe make it clearer how to use. Watered down soap and shower gel- very small detail but would honestly prefer to just buy own instead of using slightly soapy water. Drains in bathroom poor. Slight smell of stale sweat on couch and on cushions in front double bed- just throw cushions out. Curtain rail fell on first night when closing curtains- safety hazard.

Liked the big cream floor tiles. As advertised. Nice area and friendly neighbours. Very close play park for kids and close enclosed grassy area for dogs. Was clean and cosy and good value for money. Was left in peace. Had everything we needed. Plenty of parking.

Had an issue with the hot water but was fixed quickly. Place was clean -but lots of cobwebs on the ceiling (Am I the only person who notices as noone else ever seems too - maybe because I am tall). Hover looked like it was from the 80s and barely had any suction but there was a dust pan and brush we used for the tile floors and just kept the carpeted area clean. The grassy area for dogs was great but not everyone cleaned up after their dog. Nothing to do with the house but still a shame that there are irresponsible dog owners everywhere. Probably just one person/ dog . Still a very large and well maintained area and I only had a small issue once with a dog that was being walked by small children who could not control it. We just left as the dog was going mental jumping all over my dog and my dog got a fright and started growling and snapping.i had to pull the other dog off mine and gave it back to the kids but it got free straight away again - even together they could not hold the lead and restrain the dog. My kids are much bigger and my collie smaller and better behaved and I still don't let them walk it alone. The kids got a fright and apologised so hopefully a lesson was learnt.

Beautiful house, great value or money

The house was spotless, all mod-cons. Had everything you need for a few days away. The beds were lovely and comfortable. It was in a nice quite area, with plenty parking. It was lovely and cosy, felt like being home. We were attending a motorsport event about 12mins away, it was an ideal spot for us.

There was nothing in house. Would have been nice to have a cup of tea when we arrived
