8.0una casa con una vista bellissima sul mare di Bogliasco, appena sopra la stazione che però non disturba assolutamente. Una casa dove si respira la storia della città, vissuta e accogliente. Il giardino bellissimo con tavolino per mangiare fuori e spazio per rilassarsi. E tanti dipinti!!
− La pulizia non è il massimo semplicemente perchè è una casa vissuta, alcune piante da curare un po', stoviglie datate, tanti soprammobili (un po' di paura di rompere qualcosa). Comunque bellissima casa.

7.0Gute Lage in Bahnhof Nähe, Blick über Garten aufs Meer, sehr schön. Kleiner Garten toll für Hunde
− Ausstattung ist etwas verwohnt, Besteck ect ist ein Sammelsurium, Coach sehr alt. Im Bad müsste mal neu verfugt werden. Parkplatz ist nur öffentlich verfügbar also muss man suchen.

2.0Zentral "direkt" an Straße und Bahnhof gelegen
− Durch die Straße und den Bahnhof war es sehr laut, so dass auf der Terrasse kein Gespräch möglich war. Die Wohnung selbst roch sehr unangenehm und wirkte sehr abgewohnt und ungepflegt. Der Geruch erinnert stark an Inkontinenz und mangelnder Hygiene. Die Fugen im Bad waren verschimmelt, die Terrasse ist wegen Lautstärke und mangelnder Pflege eigentlich nicht nutzbar.
