− Wohnung abgewohnt ( schmutzige Wände, Spinnenweben, dreckige Polstersitze, zerrissener Bettrahmen, offene Kabel, lockere Steckdosen, dreckige Fernbedienung, Schimmel in der Dusche, WC alt, abgerissener Blickschutz am Badfenster). Terrasse unwohnlich, mit Blick auf Schrottberge und Parkplatz. Flure schmutzig und zugestellt. WLAN im Nebengebäude nicht vorhanden.
