3.0The property location is good, close to metro , restaurant, easy to access
− Poor customer service. The pillowcase was dirty, and the window shade roller was stuck. I contacted the team, but they told me that their maintenance is not available after 4:00 PM—which makes no sense when it is not even possible to check in before 4:00 PM. I had to arrange for someone to fix the shade just to have privacy in my room, since the neighbors could view the full unit. The sink was also blocked, and I had to fix it as well. If they cannot assist guests properly, they should thoroughly check the rooms before check-in. They are also overcharging for early check in, they even charge for one hour!
Elegant and comfortable
8.0Beautiful building, quiet area with plenty of cafes, and a supermarket nearby. The tram is just a block away. Bed was comfortable!
− It wasn’t a problem for us, but keep in mind this is away from the night life.

8.0The room was very spacious and clean. The shower worked well and the AC, too. The kitchenette was perfect and, though we didn't use it, the larger shared kitchen was fun.
A great stay!
9.0The location was great, easy to access with public transportation and not too far from the city center. Communication with the host was very easy, and checking-in and out was without hassles. The room is spacious, the bathroom is big and there's even a small kitchinette inside the room, which was very useful.

− TV did not work No human beings involved; no help with questions about directions or travel in the city 4 pm check in caused everything to be late or rushed
