9.0Central location. Clean and comfortable.
− Dangereux to have a plastic kettle sitting on top of an induction hob even with a cork mat. Could have done with a squeegee for the shower. There are large windows on each level of the stairwell which open to the floor. They need some restraints to prevent them being opened wide. Someone could easily fall through.
