− The inside and outside couches are small for 2 people and not very comfortable

8.0La localisation en plein dans Calasetta. Le patio extérieur avec la cuisine extérieur très pratique quand il fait beau avec les enfants. Les équipements. La disponibilité du propriétaire.
− Les travaux à proximité mais c'est pas trop bruyant. Une légère odeur d'humidité malgré l'aération journalière. Les voitures dans la rue côté chambre des parents qui roulent parfois très vite. La place de parking n'est pas réellement privative. C'est dans la rue devant une sortie de garage qui appartient au proprio mais parfois d'autres voitures se garent là...
Situation idéale
8.0Le logement est bien situé dans le cœur du petit village portuaire à proximité immédiate du port et de la rue touristique. Le petit patio est agreable pour profiter de l'extérieur. La voiture est garée dans la rue (impasse) devant la porte d'entrée du logement
