Beautiful location, perfect for visiting the rest of Cornwall, cozy
8.0Beautiful location, very easy access regarding traveling to the rest of Cornwall, there’s a CO-OP located nearby (2 min walk), the interior is nice, kitchen/lounge area was cozy, electric fireplace was a nice feature to use when it got colder in the evenings. Would definitely recommend.
− The parking situation is a bit confusing when instructions are provided upon booking, could do with being made clearer. For extended stays it’s worthwhile having spare towels for the bathroom and tea towels but it’s not the end of the world by any means.

5.0Tolle Lage um die Region zu erkunden. Angenhem Grösse der Unterkunft. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Ruhige Lage aber dennoch mitten im Dorf. Grosses Bad
− Bei der Ankunft war die Wohnung sehr kalt. Wir haben gefrohren. Überall waren Schilder mit dem Hinweis Energie zu sparen wegen der Umwelt. Es dauerte bis am FOlgemorgen, bis wir genügend war hatten. Gleichzeitig war es extrem feucht in der Wohnung und es roch sehr muffig. In jedem Zimmer waren Entfeuchter gestellt. Auch hier mit dem Hinweis, sie so wenig wie möglich einzustellen wegen der Energiekosten. Die Feuchtigkeit war so hoch, dass die Bettdecke feucht war. Wir mussten die Entfeuchter dauernd laufen lassen, um die Feuchtigkeit einigermassen in den Griff zu bekommen. Aus meiner Sicht war es gesundheitlich bedenklich, Messungen konnte ich aber keine machen. Die Fesnter waren so alt und undicht, dass es klar war, dass die Feuchtigkeit in die Wohnung reingezogen wurde. Anstelle von Energiesparen und nur schwach zu heizen, wäre es sinnvoll, in eine Wärmedämmung zu infestieren. Beispielsweise in neue Fenster. Das würde sehr viel mehr Energie sparen und das Klima in der Wohung auf ein vernünftiges Level bringen. Wir würden so nicht mehr buchen, obschon die Wohnung sonst schön war.

9.0The property was very clean and met our small family needs. The owner made all necessary preparations for us before our arrivals to make our stay enjoyable and smooth. Everything was just right for us and conveniently placed near enough to sites we wanted to visit.

− Pillows and blankets in den could really use replacements. Town cute but limited in terms of shops/restaurants.
