10.0My second time staying at 40 on Aspen and what an absolute pleasure it was. Will definitely be back for a third, fourth, fifth…. visit.
Easy check in and check out process. We had a cozy stay and really enjoyed the space.
8.0They had an electric blanket to factor in the fact that it gets pretty cold. And the bathroom or bath tub in the bathroom was spacious. Good value for money
− Not much, besides the fact that the NETFLIX or TV subscription was not paid or up to date with the payments, per se. I Liked pretty much everything the place had to offer, more so for the price. My partner even rates this stay as one of her best booking experiences, even though we've booked at fancier or more expensive places.

10.0The room we stayed in was spacious with private balcony with a beautiful view over the night sky. The king size bed was compatible and soft. Very private and intimate. The garden is stunning and well maintained
