Not great.
3.0Ended up in some guys suite because directions weren’t clear.. to be honest I thought I’d booked a house not a suite within a house
− One bathroom, the second the shower was out order and toilet was literally a walk through to bedrooms. The toilet was hardly big enough to fit “everything” in at once I’m 6’2 225 so big but not obscenely. And I didn’t feel comfortable going number 2 cause toilet was so small. The one working shower the head was at about shoulder height with it plotted up. There was a critter leaving in the attic that one of the guys could hear crawling around. There wasn’t a comfortable chair in the whole place. No cable tv so we couldn’t watch the nhl playoffs, so after a long day of golf on a guys trip we weren’t to happy about that. Then a t-shirt was left behind and they tried charging $50 plus an undisclosed amount to pay a cleaner to put it in the mail. I looked into it Canada post would ship it for less then $15. So I told them no thanks but then they kept pestering me about it. Neighborhood was suspect, would take my family there that’s forsure. Upon arrival ended up in some guys suite because directions weren’t clear.

It suited our needs and was good for a couple days but I would not stay with small kids or in summer
7.0We were 5 adult women, one 5 year old, two 2.5 year olds and an 8 month old baby. We had enough room for all of us, we loved the claw foot tub. It was great for bathing the kids. They also loved the chalk wall and the twin bed upstairs that was like a clubhouse area.
− It was very warm and we were not able to open windows because there were no screens. There was also no thermostat to adjust temperature and no instructions for the radiators. They were also several safety issues we noticed with a broken window in the kitchen, no railings on the stairs and broken sidewalk out front.
