9.0Sehr hell ,schöne gemischte Ausstattung. Man kann alles unsichtbar verstauen im begehbaren Kleiderschrank.Schöner Kühlschrank.Bad sehr klein ,aber alles vorhanden. Sehr gut gelegen.
− Spüle steht auf Podeststufe,etwas schwierig für kleine Leute. Tisch zum Essen etwas klein. Balkon bräuchte eine Aufarbeitung .Schön wären andere Sitzmöbel.
