8.0The apartment is quiet and cool, which was great during the hot weather. Located right in the center of town and close to the train station.

2.0This property in a disgrace to the booking.com Platform
− I have booked the accommodation as shown in the pictures on Booking.com but after I booked, on the day of check-in, they took me to another apartment which was not as shown in the pictures. The apartment was old, dirty and had a disgusting smell. The carpet in the room was dusty and not cleaned at all for the guests. There was a musty smell caused by dust and mold. And there was drug dealing in the building. I don't want to explain much. It was a very disappointing and shameful feeling with this accommodation. I do not recommend it. Please avoid it.

Hardly spent much time in the flat as on an intensive course.

− Cleanliness. It needs to be inspected by owner before it’s booked out, months of grime but He did say it would have been rectified. Needs an overhaul for the money photos sent of poor areas to owner as hoping it’s cleaning company but should have been checked

− The flat is on the 3 floor and the lift did not work and we were told it has been broken for a while. THe Host was not communicative or available prior to the 3pm check in.
