Avoid! Clearly a corporation owned facility.

− Place was far away from any amenities without a car. The upstairs bathroom was filthy. Sheets in one of the rooms were dirty with human hair. One room had no blanket. Kitchen had no equipment for doing anything. TV not in common room. Read the fine print! Did not apply to us but if you rent the place to visit family, they are not allowed even to visit the property for a cup of tea with out additional payment!

Please note that the breakfast is an English Breakfast which is NOT included in the price you pay. You pay £7.99 / per person, and it is available from Monday to Friday between 9am to 11am.
Also note that the breakfast is taking place outside of the property at the Old Village Cafe which is a 2 minute walk from the house.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
