1.0− We couldn't get in contact with the owner, after 4 hours of waiting we had to book another location.because we didn't had the keyes from the appartment. No apologies, no reaction from the owner.

− The wifi name and password were provided but it did not work. (The correct wifi access point did not appear). Therefore, we had to spent without wifi.
