3.0Lage in Innenstadt nett, aber Mikrolage eher mau (Hinterhof, Gaststättenbetrieb), dafür kurze Wege in Rest. und Supermarkt
− Wohnung eher als Arbeiterunterkunft gedacht / genutzt, viele kleinere technische Mängel - die Instandhaltung läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig, Dachfenster stark verdreckt / kaum erreichbar (Leiter); unsere Übergabe verzögerte sich 2 Stunden, da vorherige Mieter (Arbeiter?) eine Müllhalde hinterließen (6 prall gefüllte Müllsäcke, fast verzweifelte Reinigung), Mobiliar zusammengewürfelt (im Bad in Deckenleuchte z.B. 3 grundverschiedene Leuchtmittel), Türklinken lose etc.
