Alles was totaal prima geregeld. De gastvrijheid en vriendelijke ontvangst hebben wij als heel fijn ervaren. Er werd goed meegedacht en aan alles was gedacht. Samen met de mooie, rustige omgeving maakte dit ons verblijf extra prettig.

− Eigenlijk waren er maar weinig dingen die tegenvielen. Sommige bezienswaardigheden lagen iets verder weg dan we vooraf hadden gedacht, maar met het openbaar vervoer was dit goed te doen. Als klein tipje: wij hadden een paar grotere thee- of koffiemokken wel gezellig gevonden… zeker na een heerlijke wandeling in de bergen 😉.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, largely because of the hotel's excellent location and thoughtful amenities. The property was situated in a charming, quiet neighborhood, allowing us to experience everyday life in Innsbruck rather than being surrounded by the crowds of the main tourist areas. We especially appreciated the stunning mountain views that surrounded the hotel, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Although the hotel was tucked away in a residential area, it was still incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The nearby J-line bus stop provided a direct and easy ride into Innsbruck's Old Town, making it simple to explore the city's attractions while returning each evening to a quieter, more tranquil setting. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for an extended stay. The large bathroom and kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave, gave us the flexibility to prepare some of our own meals and added to the convenience of the accommodations. The hotel also offered an indoor pool and sauna, which appeared to be nice amenities, although we did not have the opportunity to use them during our visit. One feature we particularly appreciated was the complimentary guest laundry. Having access to a free washing machine was extremely convenient during a longer trip and allowed us to keep our clothes fresh without the hassle or expense of finding a laundromat. Equally important was the outstanding hospitality. Our hostess was friendly, responsive, and readily available whenever we had questions or concerns. She communicated promptly and made sure we had everything we needed, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable experience from check-in to departure. Overall, the hotel's peaceful location, beautiful surroundings, spacious accommodations, convenient amenities, and attentive host combined to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again!

− One aspect that could be improved is the room's locking system. While the keypad entry for accessing the property was convenient, the room door itself had to be manually locked from the inside. This felt somewhat outdated and raised concerns about safety, particularly in the event of an emergency when a quick exit might be necessary. A more modern locking system that allows the door to remain secure while still permitting easy egress from the inside would improve both convenience and guest peace of mind.

Apartmány jsou prostorné, nově zařízené. Vše je čisté a v kuchyňce najdete vše, co potřebujete. Výborná dostupnost i městkou hromadnou dopravou. Možno využít dodávky čerstvého pečiva, saunu, prostornou zahradu.

− זרם מאד חלש במקלחת. מאד מתסכל ולא נעים אחרי יום שלם של טיול. בבוקינג כתוב שיש מכונת כביסה בדירה, בפועל היא נמצאת במתחם - משותפת לכל הדירות - זה מתסכל…
