There is air conditioning, an oven (you can diversify cooking), stylish paintings on the walls. On the positive side, that's all.

− 1) It all started with the fact that the check-in time is indicated until 21.00. But at the last moment I found out that I need to be in time before 19.00. I had to urgently interrupt a meeting with friends in Trieste whom I had not seen for 4 years and rush for the key to the apartment. 2) I had to pay extra for the settlement, 5 Euro per person. A trifle, but unpleasant. The owner could take this fee on himself if he is too lazy to deal with settling guests. 3) I hoped to watch the sunsets every evening, sitting on the balcony and drinking wine. But mice live on the balcony, mouse droppings are everywhere. And apparently mice live in upholstered furniture on the balcony, as it is covered in holes and mouse shit. A table on the balcony without a countertop, no drinks or food can be placed. As a result, we did not spend a minute on the balcony during the entire vacation. 4) Living room-kitchen: out of 4 lamps, only 1 works above the table. Pots and pans are piled up with other kitchen utensils under the sink. The tangle of wires behind the TV is just stuck with masking tape. It all looks just disgusting, and creates a feeling of discomfort when living there. I'm not sure that everything looks the same with the owner of the apartment at home. Most likely this is a manifestation of disrespect for the guests and negligence to business. Renting an apartment for 150 Euro per night you expect to see something completely different. 5) Bathroom: There is no holder for the shower, you have to hold the shower with one hand and wash with the other. There are no hooks for towels, there is one rod the size of one towel, which is poorly secured and almost fell off. The rest of the towels have to be put in a pile on the chest of drawers, respectively, they do not dry there. In the shower cabin, water does not drain well, stagnates and overflows over the sides of the cabin - well, this is just a classic.
