8.0The size of the apartment and the quick reply from Trevor. The kindness of the host to have coffee, tea, sugar, and milk available.
− The steps, too much for most people over 70. The beds were a little hard for us, would have been nice to have an extra mattress topper.

Adequate and convenient but not very comfortable
6.0In the town, just a walk away from the shops, station and restaurants. Parking in the street but no bother. The kitchen was small (no dishwasher) but everything was there and in order.
− The mattress on the single bed was so lumpy I put a second duvet over it. The lounge wasn't well lit for reading and the bedside lights were no better. The armchairs were very soft.
