Es waren drei wunderschöne Tage in Havelberg. Auch Dank der hervorragenden Unterkunft.
10.0Eine richtig gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Alles hat gestimmt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Dom, einmalig.. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Freundlich, nett, zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück am letzten Tag im Altstadt Café war sehr lecker. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Havelberg.

Very good
8.0− Staff communication was seriously lacking, very hard to get them to answer a message or the phone. There are 3 parking spots, but there was no information in which spot to park so we parked in a free spot and all was good but on our last day we got a message that we should only park in spot "x" as if there was information available. The Internet went down, we were trying to call and message to fix the issue, the calls went to voicemail and we got a message back in a couple of hours that it's a city issue. Next day Internet was down again, but we didn't even bother trying to reach someone as they don't answer in a timely manner. The other issue we had was that for guests staying in the other apartments, the only entrance leads past our bedroom and the curtains don't close all the way. Washing machine is old and dirty, our clothes came out funky. I have to say that the town is very cute and nice for people that want a peaceful vacation. Also the apartment is very spacious and well decorated with everything you could need, bed was very comfy and adjustable., so it's not like everything was bad, just that the lack of communication left a bad impression.
