Perfect location, walking distance to a beautiful beach and small shopping centre with supermarket and restaurant. Also only half an hour drive to Los Cristiano. Perfect for couple, clean and easy check in and check out.

− There is no oven, only microwave. Tv control wasn’t working but not big deal for us, we let them know so they could fix it before next arrival. Shower pressure isn’t great but I think is pretty common in Tenerife as previous holidays in different places was the same.

Die Wohnung empfehle ich. I recommend the apartment. Recomiendo el apartamento.

Die Wohnung war sauber und ich hatte guten Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer. Die Küche habe ich fast nicht benutzt, da ich jeden Tag auswärts gegessen habe. Vielleicht ist die Wohnung für heiße Tage nicht geeignet, da sie keine Klimaanlage hat. Die Umgebung ist jedoch sehr ruhig, und nachts kann man gut schlafen und sich erholen. In der Nähe gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum und einige Restaurants. Zum Strand sind es weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Am Strand gibt es eine wunderbare Chiringuito Pirata mit einem kleinen, aber sehr vielfältigen Angebot. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Preise sind sehr niedrig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. The apartment was clean and I had good contact with the owner. I hardly used the kitchen, as I ate out every day. The apartment might not be suitable for hot days, as it has no air conditioning. However, the area is very quiet, and at night you can sleep well and rest. There is a shopping center and a few restaurants nearby. It’s less than a minute’s walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful. On the beach, there is a wonderful Chiringuito Pirata with a small but very diverse menu. The food is excellent, the prices are very low, and the staff are very friendly. El apartamento estaba limpio y tuve buen contacto con el propietario. Apenas utilicé la cocina, ya que comí fuera todos los días. Quizás el apartamento no sea adecuado para los días calurosos, ya que no tiene aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, la zona es muy tranquila y por la noche se puede dormir y descansar bien. Cerca hay un centro comercial y algunos restaurantes. A la playa se llega en menos de un minuto a pie. La playa es preciosa. En la playa hay un maravilloso Chiringuito Pirata con una oferta pequeña pero muy variada. La comida es excelente, los precios son muy bajos y el personal es muy amable.

− Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, war, dass sich die Wohnung an heißen Tagen stark aufheizt und es sehr warm wird. Ich bin empfindlich gegenüber Hitze. Vielleicht hat mich noch etwas gestört, worauf der Eigentümer jedoch keinen Einfluss hat: Auf dem Flur roch es an einigen Tagen nach Kanalisation. The only thing I didn’t like was that the apartment gets very warm on hot days. I am sensitive to heat. Perhaps the only other thing that bothered me, which the owner has no control over, was that on some days there was a smell of sewage in the hallway. Lo único que no me gustó fue que, en los días calurosos, el apartamento se calienta mucho y hace mucho calor. Soy sensible al calor. Quizás lo único más que me molestó, y sobre lo cual el propietario no tiene ningún control, fue que algunos días en el pasillo olía a alcantarillado.
