− Pas d’espace salon pour se poser au frais quand la chaleur ne permet pas de profiter de la terrasse.

8.0Il terrazzo vista mare e la vicinanza al centro storico di Marzamemi sono certamente aspetti qualificanti. La proprietaria si è sempre resa disponibile per dare consigli e far fronte a piccoli problemi. L'arredamento dell' alloggio è completo e moderno.
− La manutenzione degli arredi in terrazzo può essere migliorata. L'erogazione del gas dei fornelli si è rivelata molto debole e va regolata. La mancanza di un posto auto riservato costringe ad utilizzare gli adiacenti parcheggi a pagamento.
E' andato tutto bene, la signora molto premurosa e attenta alle richieste durante il soggiorno

9.0Posizione ottima, vicino al mare, al centro e al parcheggio. Struttura carina e pulita.
− Mancanza di zanzariere che ci avrebbero permesso di dormire con le finestre aperte. Comunque, nel nostro periodo, le zanzare non sono state un problema. L'indirizzo indicato su booking non è corretto, conviene contattare la struttura per avere quello giusto.
Emplacement proche du centre avec vue sur mer
9.0L'appartement ou nous avons passé 3 nuits est spacieux, les 2 pièces, chambre et cuisine ont une vue fantastique sur la mer. Rien ne manque, la cuisine est très bien équipée, nous pouvions même prendre le petit déjeuner grâce au brioches et bicottes fournies. La terrasse est également spacieuse. Le centre ville et le charmant petit port est à 2 pas, de nombreux restaurants sont tout proches, vous avez l'embarras du choix. Il y a des places de parking gratuite autour de la résidence, sinon le parking payant en dessous est à 5€ par nuit.
− Peu de choses, mais tout de même à signaler, la fenêtre opaque au dessus de l'évier donne sur une terrasse occupé par un autre logement, le problème c'est qu'elle ferme mal, c'est pas très sécurisant. La dernière nuit il y à eu une fête au rez de chaussée avec de la musique très forte. Heureusement elle s'est arrêté avant minuit.
