5.0− Leider kann ich diese Ferienwohnung nicht empfehlen. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Möbel wirkten, als stammten sie noch aus dem Nachlass längst verstorbener Verwandter – Geschmack ist zwar subjektiv, aber hier fühlt man sich eher wie in einem Museum als in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist außerdem extrem hellhörig. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass die übrigen Wohnungen offenbar an Bauarbeiter vermietet waren, die werktags bereits gegen 5 Uhr morgens lautstark das Haus verließen. An erholsamen Schlaf war daher kaum zu denken. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Stattdessen muss man sich jeden Tag einen Stellplatz irgendwo an der Straße suchen. Auch die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt weder einen Balkon noch einen Geschirrspüler – beides hätte ich bei einer Ferienwohnung dieser Preisklasse erwartet. Und der beworbene Seeblick? Den gibt es höchstens, wenn man sich gefährlich weit aus dem Fenster lehnt. Von einem echten Seeblick kann jedenfalls keine Rede sein. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend und entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Beschreibung geweckt wurden.
Sauberes und zentral gelegenes Apartment
8.0Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es liegt sehr zentral, nebenan ist ein Bäcker und nicht weit entfernt ein Fleischer. Auch zum Wasser sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
− Das Ganze ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Risse in den Wänden und ein sehr schwergängiges Schloss in der Tür zur Wohnung. Also wer sehr anspruchsvoll ist, sollte sich nicht für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

− Wohnzimmer recht eng und sehr dunkel.

6.0Die Lage zum Wasser und zur Therme ist sehr gut. Im Nachbarhaus ist auch eine Bäckerei leider war die wegen Urlaub geschlossen.
− Die Heizung in den zwei Schlafzimmer ging nicht. Ich habe daraufhin den Verwalter kontaktiert er schicke sofort eine Heizungsfirma das Problem wurde schnell behoben. Ein Geschirrspüler ist leider nicht in der Küche vorhanden (schade).
