10.0This was a truly beautiful and nice apartment. It had just been completely renovated and updated with impeccable workmanship. The hosts were the nicest folks and the location was perfect as well.

Great location but terrible sleep due to the bed
7.0Location really quiet and nice, many different amenities on arrival, nicely decorated place
− The mattress was really uncomfortable as well as the sofa. Got extremely hot upstairs even when it was 23/24 outside (If it was hotter like today we 100% wouldnt have been able to stay there) Definitely needs aircon for the hotter months since the attic room is in the sun all day. I get that it's clearly just a business for the owners as some electricals are about 20 years old and there's even a static caravan next to the annex which is also air bnbd but it could do with being made more comfortable for future visitors. Fortunately it's priced quite low, but I definitely wouldn't stay again due to the above.

9.0An excellent place for a short stay. Well equipped and comfortable. Very quiet location. Some complimentary breakfast items was a nice touch too. Perfectly located to access the New Forest and beyond. I will definitely be looking to stay again.
− It took 20 minutes to find someone to hand over the keys despite advanced warning of my arrival time. I rang the doorbell 3 times and then had to go for a walk to try and find some phone signal to contact the owners. When that failed, I returned to be finally met by someone to let me in. Also sending location details only 5 minutes before the check-in window opened wasn't ideal. 24 hour notice would be better.
Excellent venue and location, wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.
10.0The location is excellent, right in the heart of New Forest, plenty of wonderful walks nearby. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our little break and we will be trying to visit again in the future.
