9.0Господарі дуже привітні, турботливі. Дуже багато корисних деталей підготовані, які туристу спрощують перебування і додають багато комфорту: засоби гігієни, різноманітний посуд, наявність пледу(окрім наявності ковдри), що влітку є просто ідеальним варіантом. Кухня і ванна кімната досить зручні, гарно зроблені. Розташування приємне - поруч багато різних закладів: кав'ярні, кафе, ресторани, міні-маркети.
− Не велика проблема, але відсутність сміттєвого баку у вбиральні, а також деякий посуд був не справний, але знов таки це не велика біда для туристів які зазвичай харчуються у закладах поруч(яких тут достатньо). Через те що поруч дорога - до самого вечора гуд машин, мопедів. Вночі достатньо тихо, але ввечері навіть після 10ї може гучно їздити транспорт без глушників. Не вина власників, але якщо ви хочете сидіти на балконі в тиші ввечері - краще на це не розраховувати. В іншому - мінусів не бачу абсолютно)
