We had a really pleasant stay at this apartment. It is spacious, well laid out, and perfect for two people, especially with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The building is very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is lovely. The pool area is great, the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and a supermarket is conveniently nearby. The WiFi worked perfectly. The apartment is new, clean, and well kept. While there are a few small details that could be improved, this did not affect our stay at all. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The team was extremely welcoming, attentive, and helpful, and we really appreciated the early check-in. Communication was excellent—they kept us well informed in advance, and the transparency was much appreciated. The notice we received did not affect us in any way. Overall, a wonderful stay—we would definitely recommend it and hope to come back in the future.

The location is quite close to the nearest beach. It tends to be crowded on weekends with locals, but it’s much quieter during weekdays. There is also a grocery store nearby, as well as a nice restaurant. There was a free parking lot in the basement (it's good because parking on the street is not allowed there)

− Some parts of the apartment could definitely use renovation and a refresh. When we checked in, we noticed a couple of dead bugs on the floor. There was also a strong smell of cleaning products that did not go away during our stay. Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the main living room—only in the bedrooms.

It is spacious and well-lit. It is quite modern.

− The towels, the linen and the pillows should be paid more attention, because they have a strange smell as soon as you dry yourself up. I think they should be washed at a (much) higher temperature. The view is not the best and there is some noise coming from the construction site near.
