Cute flat well decorated, perfect for work stays
6.0The flat is fully self contained a cute little layout at the top of the building - feels like a quiet little hide away. Tv is great as I stayed on my own for work. The host responds on the booking app well too
− The front door doesn’t feel the most secure even when locked there is movement, as a solo female this did make me a little nervous but not enough cancel or loose sleep as the flat is up the top and has its own lockable door. It did get a bit chilly and there isn’t a central heating dial, but this mainly due to the cleaner leaving a window open on the second day. I just put some layers on.

5.0Location was close to Rochester.
− Property needs a major deep clean. Under bed was more than filthy with who knows what under there. Dust on pretty much every surface. Just not clean. Front door lock was loose and easily broken into. Interior door lock not functional due to likely break-in. Just ok - could be better but obviously not cared for.
It wasn’t for us.
3.0It was clean and convenient for visiting Rochester. There was street parking not too far away. The cooking facilities were fine and the TV had lots of channels. There was bottled water in the fridge.
− There was what looked like a dehumidifier with a pipe going through an open window when we arrived plus a handwritten piece of paper threatening a £50 fine if we left anything on - not the greatest welcome. The heating only came on in the morning and we couldn’t find any additional heat source or the coffee maker. Crockery consisted of just two of everything so we had to keep washing up. There was no handle inside the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush very efficiently.

− Dirty utensils, one of the dishes was broken, knife was hidden behind the bin. Parking was at least 5 minutes away from the apartment
