Nice apartment, clean and quiet. Well located

− There was no proper heating. The heating was provided via ac units. Looks like they haven't finished the installation of the heating. I have attached some relevant photos. At some points both the ac units showed up with a recoverable fault. I have attached some relevant photos. Otherwise there was no microwave. There is a washing machine at the basement but it was sent for repair

Spacious rooms; lots of closet/cupboard storage space; plenty of reliable hot water; excellent shower water pressure; exceptionally convenient and quiet location a short walk to shops, grocery stores, ATMs, restaurants and beaches. Access to a clothes washing machine in the building was wonderful since we had been travelling in Greece for several weeks. Having Ntora's restaurant right next door was a huge plus -- we enjoyed getting several take-away meals to eat in the apartment for dinner. Their Greek cuisine was delicious! Communication with the apartment host was excellent, with fast responses to inquiries. The apartment's backyard sitting & dining space was very pleasant, though we didn't get to use it as much as we had hoped because the November mornings were usually too chilly for us to enjoy breakfast or coffee outdoors. At night the apartment was very quiet and we slept very well.

− Although the bedroom facing the street received lots of natural light, the living/dining area at the back didn't get much light in daytime and we had to keep lights turned on while inside during the day. Our visit took place in early November, though, so in spring or summer the place probably is much brighter. That was a minor drawback, though. (Our personal preference is bright accommodations that receive lots of natural light.) Overall, really no significant complaints! We would stay here again!

The property was really nice, clean, and quiet. Nothing could be heard from the neighbours or from outside. There was a really cute little yard, where it was perfect to have a coffee or your lunch. Kitchen was well equipped, no comments here. Bathroom was also well equipped, and clean. Location was excellent, the nearest bus stop was 5 minutes away, nearest beach was also 5 minutes away, and the closest shopping options were also 5-10 minutes away. We checked out a few beaches in the neighbourhood, and it is worth going a bit further up north to find the better ones.

− The only issue we found was the AC, as it was making weird noises, but this was only a superminor inconvenience, that might be the result of them being really new. Excellent apartment.

Прекрасное уютное жилье практически в самом центре, недалеко от магазинов и ресторанов, но в тихом месте. Отличный ресторан местной кухни прямо под боком. Очень вкусная местная домашняя еда, которую можно брать на вынос. До моря пешком минут 5. Но мы ходили на пляж Paralia Marathona, это около получаса ходьбы вдоль набережной. Людей, как для пика сезона, было относительно мало везде. Сами аппартаменты находятся на первом этаже, во дворе есть места для отдыха. В квартире все необходимое для комфортного проживания, единственное, нам не хватало микроволновки, чтобы быстро разогревать пищу. Два кондиционера прекрасно выполняли свою работу. Также нам был организован трансфер с/до аэропорта. Очень пунктуальные и вежливые водители. Мы остались очень довольны проведённым там отпуском. Все как хотели - комфортное жилье, тёплое чистое море, вкусная еда и отсутствие толп людей. Спасибо ещё раз! Очень рекомендую!

− Не хватало микроволновки. И настоятельно рекомендую вечером не открывать дверь в сад, чтобы оттуда случайно не наведались непрошенные местные обитатели в виде всяких насекомых. Но это нормально для проживания на первом этаже. Городская транспортная система практически отсутствует. Несмотря на близость Афин, добраться до них без авто практически не реально.
