− Venho, por este meio, apresentar uma reclamação relativamente à minha estadia, uma vez que as condições do quarto ficaram muito aquém do expectável e comprometeram seriamente o meu descanso. Em primeiro lugar, o quarto atribuído tinha vista direta para um cemitério. Devido às minhas crenças religiosas, esta situação causou-me um grande desconforto psicológico, ao ponto de não conseguir descansar nem dormir durante a noite. Acresce que o quarto não dispunha de portadas. A persiana encontrava-se avariada e as cortinas existentes não possuíam sistema blackout, permitindo a entrada de luz logo pelas 5h da manhã. Esta situação agravou ainda mais a impossibilidade de dormir e de usufruir de um descanso adequado. Por último, o quarto apresentava um calor extremo, sem qualquer solução eficaz para refrescar o ambiente, tornando a permanência no espaço extremamente desconfortável. Considero que estas condições não correspondem ao padrão de qualidade expectável do alojamento e prejudicaram significativamente a minha estadia. Solicito, por isso, que esta reclamação seja analisada e que seja apresentada uma solução adequada.

Ubytování v tomto apartmánu bylo dokonalé, byla jsem moc spokojená, vubec nic mi tam nechybělo 🙂

We stayed in Payerbach Apartments (Top 2 to be exact) two times now, and it was the best experience ever both times. The apartment is huge and very well equipped, you have everything in the kitchen to cook anything really, this was very important to me, because I have celiac disease and I can’t eat in any of the restaurants in Payerbach. The apartment is very clean and cozy and comfortable. It is also a 100% dog friendly. The view to the mountains and the graveyard is beautiful. The staff is also very nice and kind! The village is very quiet and calm. You can start a lot of hiking trails from the train station which is like a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Perfect location to hike up to Krummbachstein, Bodenwise, Jubiläumsaussicht, Schneeberg and Rax, Semmering is close too. We will be back for sure! 😊

Mooie locatie voor wandelingen in de weense alpen

Locatie, perfect als je met de trein reist. Dicht bij het station van Payerbach. Ruim appartement.

− 4 slaapplaatsen in 1 ruimte. Niet echt geschikt voor bijvoorbeeld 2 stellen.
