Bien
7.0Cercano al centro y sin problema de aparcamiento. Gran terraza con vistas a una parte del puerto. Las estancias son amplias. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.
− La cama pequeña e incómoda para dos adultos. Incluiría más menaje de cocina. El baño necesita una limpieza profunda, suciedad y cal acumulada en grifería y mampara. También una renovación del falso techo y del esmalte de la bañera. La urbanización siempre está abierta y el vallado no es alto por lo que a veces entraba a la piscina gente de fuera.
