Apartamento moderno, limpio y muy céntrico
9.0Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, se nota que está reformado recientemente y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Santander, lo que permite recorrer la ciudad cómodamente a pie. Fernando, el propietario, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y la comunicación fue rápida, cercana y muy buena. Como único aspecto a tener en cuenta, al estar en una zona tan céntrica se oye algo de ruido de la calle por la noche, aunque es algo normal dada su ubicación. En general, una experiencia muy positiva y un alojamiento totalmente recomendable.

6.0Lo mejor del apartamento sin duda es la ubicación, a menos de 5 min de plaza Cañadio.
− No hay aire acondicionado, en épocas de calor, no se puede estar, además, esta ubicado encima de bares que abren hasta las 5 de la mañana, por lo que abrir las ventanas es inviable. No dormimos nada. No dejan nada de material para limpieza, ningún trapo ni bayeta. Para aparcar por la zona, imposible, es una calle peatonal, tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de bajar maletas. La nevera no enfriaba y no tenían congelador, por lo que tuvimos que comprar hielos cada día para tener agua fresca durante la ola de calor.

1.0Mintieron que estaba lista y lleguemos al apartamento nos miró mal y dijo que no estaba disponible nos mintió en el teléfono dijo que estaban listas y se iba acercar con la llave fue mentiroso
