8.0Perfect location if you plan to go to castles and the lake. Forggensee is only 5 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is old styled furnished, but it has all you need for living. The laundry room is in the basement downstairs. The owner is a very kind man.
− You need to watch out your head bumping against the ceiling since the apartment is located on the top floor. In the summer, we had to keep our windows open during the day, but then you smelled the smoke coming from the neighbor living on the 1st floor (quite often you smell it). If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, be aware of it.

Im Großen und Ganzen gemütliche und gut ausgestatte Wohnung.
7.0Die Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge, besonders auch für Fahrradtouren. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem schnell zu allen Zielen. In der Wohnung war wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt inkl. Salz, Pfeffer etc.
− Für uns war es eigentlich kein Problem, aber die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss und natürlich zum Teil auch schräg. Personen, sagen wir mal ab 190 cm, sollten schon auf ihren Kopf auspassen, wenn sie aus dem Bett aufstehen.

10.0Alles vorhanden, was Familie braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage. Super nette(r) Vermieter! Absolut hilfsbereit, freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Ganz toll. Wir haben uns von der 1. Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. :-))
