Great location, overpriced for what you get.
6.0The location across from little beach was perfect. The ground floor had access through sliding doors which made it really accessible for our pram etc.
− I didn’t like having to bring everything with us. There was no linen or towels included, the pantry wasn’t stocked with cooking essentials like cooking oil, and there were no cleaning supplies. The volume buttons on the tv remote wouldn’t work and the outdoor lounges were not comfortable for watching tv. Although the outside grounds were well maintained, there was little to no lighting.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
