10.0Kontakten med verten var god og uproblematisk. På grunn av et forsinket fly kom vi fram til leiligheten sent på kvelden, men til tross for dette ble vi møtt med forståelse fra verten. Verten var vennlig og forklarte alt på en grei og forståelig måte. Leiligheten ser akkurat slik som på bildene. Den var ren og vedlikeholdt. Kjøkkenet var utstyrt med alt man trengte for å lage måltider. Det var hyggelig at verten stilte med både te og kaffe. Hvis vi noen gang kommer tilbake til Milano kommer vi garantert til å velge denne leiligheten igjen.

10.0Ho soggiornato comodamente in questo appartamento pulito, confortevole e situato in una posizione comodissima per noi che dovevamo andare al San Raffaele per dei controlli e visite mediche. La signora Mara è stata veramente gentilissima e molto disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa. Non avrei potuto chiedere un’accoglienza migliore.
