10.0Das Apartment befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und äußerst ruhig gelegen. Es gibt eine kleine Diele, ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer sowie ein separates kleines Schlafzimmer, alles war äußerst sauber. In den 1. Stock führt eine steile, schmale Treppe, wir reisen nur mit Rucksäcken, daher kein Problem, mit großen Koffern aber eher ungünstig. In den Schränken findet man alles, was man für die Zubereitung eines Frühstücks braucht. Es gibt eine kleine Spülmöglichkeit, aber keine vollständige Küchenzeile. Das süße Frühstück besteht aus sehr gutem Kaffee/Tee, leckerem Brot, Butter, selbstgemachten Marmeladen, Kuchen sowie Müsli/Milch. Vom ebenfalls sehr schön gestalteten Garten mit Gartenhaus hat man Meerblick auf die Belfaster Bucht. Ein Pub (Küche bis 7:30 pm) sowie mehrere Cafes (tagsüber) und auch der Supermarkt befinden sich in Whitehead (ca. 3 km mit dem Auto). Man kann direkt von der Unterkunft aus eine sehr schöne Rundwanderung über den Leuchtturm nach Whitehead unternehmen, nach Belfast braucht man ca. 30-45 Minuten. Unser Highlight der Wohnung war der kleine Retro-Radio mit einem tollen Musikprogramm.

10.0Absolutely magical place Heather and David went above and beyond to make our stay everything we could ask for..a home away from home so peaceful and relaxing and all the added touches like a homemade cake on arrival aswell as plenty for breakfast and all the little notes all around was just exceptional and just added to our wonderful stay. The secret garden was amazing overlooking the sea couldn't ask for better will definitely be back and would highly recommend you won't be disappointed xx

10.0The house is beautifully decorated and there is plenty of space. The location is lovely and the owner has thought of everything including boardgames and breakfast supplies.

Charming cosy retreat
10.0This property has a lot of charm; living room very comfortable with huge settee and cottage windows looking out over the lough; great night's sleep on superb mattress, quality bedding; very cosy in the colder months with great heating; hosts have found ingenious ways to store kitchen items and a generous welcome pack is provided; lots of nice touches with toiletries etc. A lot of thought has gone into making this a very relaxing, private retreat from the noise and bustle, and the Secret Garden is a lovely addition, with a garden room to shelter in and watch shipping going up and down the lough
− Nothing not to like for us - no cooker, but honestly, if you plan ahead it isn't a problem - everything else is there to make your stay comfortable - all appliances are listed on booking.com

10.0Es war Alles sehr gut. Die Gastgeber haben auf jedes kleinste Detail geachtet, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.
