Great stay at a calm place with clear sea in a fully equiped flat with a spacious terrace.

We loved the calm and quiet of (this part of) Rogoznica, the beach, the clear water. The amazing view from the flat, great equipment (chairs, long chairs, pillows (variety of choices), comfortable beds (firm), fully equipped kitchen - only the stove top has only 2 burners, the stove that also functions as a microwave, ...), spacious terrace and rooftop terrace with amazing view, small gym, ... The air conditioning is in the living room but it cools down the bedrooms good if you leave the doors slightly open. The windows are sound proof, so it can be very quiet in the flat. The mosquito nets on all windows and doors were very helpful! It is also very helpful to have the option of covering a part of the terrace for sun protection. The key locker is a great way to pass the keys if more people, with different schedules, are sharing the flat. Emina, the host, was very responsive over WhatsApp, replying almost immediately. :) The beach is very near, with different options (pebbles, stone, some trees, ...). We also didn't mind the steep 5-minute walk up the hill twice a day.

− It was stressful getting a receipt / invoice. We needed it because it was a business trip and there was a lot of communication with Booking.com and the host before we finally got it. Also you can't use it for VAT reduction. The bathroom ventilation fan has a mind of its own :) ... you press the button and it starts up, but then it works or doesn't as according to its own schedule. Maybe that's how it is supposed to work. Netflix was not in English (the first page).

This was the second stay at Emina's premises and also this one was again amazing. Simple corresponding with Emina. Interieur in perfect shape and equipped everything you will need for a perfect stay. Terrace amazing, equipped with a lounge, grill, sunbeds and a table to have meals. We enjoy also the way down to the sea and up again (200m) - it will burn some weight collected with all the good food.

Grundsätzlich sehr geräumig und komfortabel, tolle Terasse mit wunderschönem Meerblick, Altstadt mit sehr guten Restaurants etc. in der Nähe und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Strandnähe, bzw. weitere Strände mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und Parkplatz gegen Gebühr in Strandnähe. Unsere Vermieterin sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar!

− Weil es uns vor 2 Jahren hier schon so gut gefallen hat, waren wir heuer zum 2. Mal im Hillside. Vor 2 Jahren im obersten Stock, dieses Mal im mittleren Apartment. Leider hört man hier die Schritte oder das Rücken der Stühle des oberen Apartments sehr laut, was besonders spätnachts äußerst unangenehm ist. Bei der Ankunft war leider unter den Sofapolstern und unter den Betten noch Schmutz.

Toller Ort, schöne Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeberin.
