Encantador piso y acogedor

Me encantó todo el piso muy acogedor y la ubicación está vien y la verdad que volvería otra vez solo un pequeño comentario todo esta muy vien solo los ventiladores estaban tan susios que esas pelusas no es buena para la salud pero igual el piso me fasino y quiero volver algún día de nuevo

− Un poquito susios los ventiladores de techo y la lavadora la verdad es importante que la arreglen

La ubicación

− Nuestra experiencia en este Airbnb fue muy decepcionante. Desde el principio, el proceso para ingresar al alojamiento fue desorganizado, complicado y muy estresante. Además, el dueño fue grosero, poco amable y nada dispuesto a ayudar. La limpieza del lugar era completamente inaceptable. Había cucarachas dentro de las gavetas de la cocina, el piso estaba tan sucio que se sentía pegajoso al caminar, y las paredes tenían tanta suciedad que parecía parte de la pintura. Las cortinas estaban llenas de moho, los muebles también presentaban moho y las sillas estaban completamente manchadas. Para empeorar la situación, las almohadas tenían un olor horrible, como si no hubieran sido lavadas o reemplazadas en mucho tiempo. Esperábamos un alojamiento limpio, cómodo y bien mantenido para disfrutar nuestras vacaciones, pero encontramos todo lo contrario. La falta de higiene y el mal trato del anfitrión hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera muy desagradable. No recomendaría este alojamiento a nadie hasta que se realice una limpieza profunda, se solucionen los problemas de mantenimiento y el propietario mejore significativamente su atención al cliente. Our experience at this Airbnb was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the check-in process was disorganized, confusing, and very stressful. To make matters worse, the host was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist with any of our concerns. The cleanliness of the property was completely unacceptable. We found cockroaches inside the kitchen drawers, the floors were so dirty that they felt sticky when walking on them, and the walls were covered with so much dirt that it looked like part of the paint. The curtains had visible mold, there was mold on the furniture, and all of the chairs were heavily stained. The pillows also had a terrible odor, as if they had not been washed or replaced in a very long time. This was not the clean, comfortable accommodation we expected for our vacation. We stayed here to visit the Parque de Diversiones for my daughter’s Quinceañera. This was a great value! It is right on the border of being in a very bad neighborhood, but we felt so safe. When my Tico family heard we were staying in Hatillo, they were worried because the area has a bad reputation (uber drivers won’t even enter parts of this barrio) but these condos have amazing security and are attached to a strip mall with restaurants and stores for all your needs. The condo was clean and comfortable and we especially appreciated the extra pillows and blankets that were provided: with 7 people we often fight over these things but they provided extra. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals while the communication with the host was very clear. The amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse, playground, etc) were exceptional and everyone we encountered (both security guards and tenants) were very friendly and welcoming. This was really an amazing value for all of us to stay and enjoy all the amenities: we would have paid 10x the price for a hotel

公寓属于高楼高端住宿区，社区管理规范，院内绿化养护很好。公寓宽敞，客厅大，整体清洁卫生。厨房用具齐全，切菜刀锋利。

− 卫生间洗手盆水龙头与台面接触处及冲凉玻璃平台与墙面接触处有污渍，建议彻底清洁； 冲凉热水出水流量很大，但花洒头出水小孔有的被堵，洗澡冲凉不爽，我干脆把花洒头取掉。建议更换花洒头。

Communication very good and Owner supplies coffee and tea as well as rice. It’s very good for Asian guests like us . Thanks.
