9.0the apartment was really really nice. the kitchen almost like new, well equipment with appliances. Nice balcony. The owner allowed for a late check out given no new guests were planned at no extra cost. If we stayed there in winter, we would love the proximity to the nearest ski lift - walking distance max 5 min.
− the only snag was slow outflow of water in the sink in the bathroom. Nothing else detected. If travelling with a dog, there is a charge of EUR 15 a night - that was not mentioned here on Booking.com

10.0Location of the facility - fantastic. There are large rooms, well equipped and the entire facility is very clean. The facility has everything a ski enthusiast needs, the ski lift is only a short walk away and on the other hand you can't hear the noise of the après-ski bars. I would highly recommend it and I will definitely return there myself on my next visit to the Zillertal valley.
