2.0Location, easy street parking, warm radiators in the apartment, kitchen
− 1. Communication with the agency- they act deaf or are making excuses of poor English; they have so many demands/rules/instructions, but they dont do anything on their end 2. Not being able to check in until 5PM 3. NOT HAVING A HOT WATER FOR THE ENTIRE STAY! My girlfriend could not take a shower for the entire stay; I took it once and got a fever! 4. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned: greasy stove, dirty microwave.. 5. Stepped on a piece of broken glass on my first day 6."free wi fi" didn't work 7. Had to pay 500€ deposit, not sure will i get it back-even though I left the apartment cleaner than when I arrive 8. No toilet paper/paper towels; sleepers; coffee machine; stainer for tea; tablets for dishwasher......

− Warm water was een drama. Er kwam nauwelijks water uit zowel de kraan als de douche.

9.0La pulizia e le dotazioni dell'appartamento, cosi come la posizione
− La cauzione che è uno strumento che non utilizzavo da parecchi anni, non induce l'ospite a prenotare in quanto spaventa. Inoltre il gestore non ha fornito risposte a domande dirette in merito all'applicazione della cauzione su danni eventualmente già presenti. Nel mio caso la cauzione superava di gran lunga il prezzo d'affitto. Occorre dire che la cauzione mi è stata restituita.
Toccata e fuga a Sestriere
9.0Appartamento funzionale, molto luminoso, ben ristrutturato e arredato dotato di tutto il necessario (anche la cucina ben accessoriata). Parcheggio facile in strada e a due passi dal centro.
− Ingresso palazzo che non rispecchia assolutamente l' appartamento interno, dovrebbe essere ristrutturato.
