8.0Asunto oli oikein viihtyisä, siisti ja kauniisti sisustettu. Näkymät Suomenlahdelle upeat.
− Pihalle ajaessa tuli hiukan hämillinen olo, kun talo ja porraskäytävä ulospäin näyttivät hiukan rähjäisiltä.

8.0Sehr schönes Appartement im 9. Stock. Alles da was man benötigt!! Sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Man darf sich nicht vom Wohnblock und dem Wohngebiet irritieren lassen.
Korter oli täpselt nagu piltidel.
10.0Korter oli puhas. Korteris oli kõik vajalikud tarvikud ( nõud, voodipesu, rätikud j.n.e.) Korteri omanik kiirelt vastas küsimustele.
