− Galda piederumi trūkst un neasi. Virtuves-ēdamistabas zona ļoti saspiesta dēļ divām gultām. Neērti.

− Būtas yra prie intensyvaus eismo gatvės, todėl triukšmas pastovus. Karšta diena labai įkaista todėl pravėrus langus ramiai miegoti sunkoka. Dar erzino pastovus rūkančių iš žemiau kaimynų kvapas, kuris pasklisdavo bute. Rekomenduočiau įsigyti kondicionierių.
Viskas labai patiko. Fainas butas, faini šeimininkai. Bute yra viskas ko reikia. Labai švaru! Apsist
